Here at Clark Farms we make sweet cider from our trees and the over 20 varieties of apples we produce. We now have hard cider and apple wines blended with the fruit we grow right here on our farm! We have a story to tell from start to finish that not many in the state can match. From early spring tending to the trees, mid-summer pruning, and fall harvest, it all comes together in a blend of Connecticut grown apples and fruits.

Stop in and try our farm fresh (made right here with our apples) farm-to-glass, hard cider. We now have 4 varieties of hard cider, and 2 varieties of wine to choose from:

  • Ruddy Wild (dry-cranberry)

  • Jump Start (ginger flavored)

  • Bear Essentials (local honey blend-sweet)

  • Apple Wine: Citron, Apple Blossom
